Update on pre-production and launch of the Bazaar tomorrow!

Hello Travelers,
We hope you are all safe and that your week is going great.
We really have pushed ourselves to focus on the pre-production files of the Matchbox Collection during these past weeks and we are incredibly excited that the files are ready to be sent to our manufacturer. It is the first time for us to close down a project around a month after the end of the campaign and we are very excited to see how everything will look.
Thundergryph’s Bazaar will open tomorrow!
We are glad to announce that Thundergryph’s Bazaar, our pledge manager powered by Backerkit, is opening its doors tomorrow, 24th of April. You will receive an email invite from Backerkit to join our Bazaar as soon as we launch around 5 pm CET / 11 am EST.
Minutes after this update, we are sending our smoke test to 5% of you.
You will be able to go through all the steps to confirm your pledge and we will be monitoring if a problem arises.
Here you can find all of the different things that you will be able to do inside the Bazaar:
Upgrade your pledge and pay for the shipping cost of your pledge, if you haven’t already, and provide your shipping address (you will be able to update it anytime later before we start fulfillment)
Access to a limited quantity of our past Deluxe editions, like Tang Garden, Iwari and Spirits of the Forest. Stock is based on a warehouse near you,if you cannot find a certain product, it means we are out of stock in your area. When you add an extra item we will add a small fee to cover the shipping cost regardless of your country (Add-ons: FREE / Small-Medium boxes: 2€ / Big boxes: 3€)
Access to a selection of released retail titles, like Hats and Rolling Ranch, including the different promos for each game
The Bazaar will only be available for 12 days! Be sure to confirm your address and add any items you may want before our deadline on Wednesday, May 6th.

Pre-production update
Panda recently sent a new video showing the final work on the retractable handle. Paolo Voto also made sure that all the layouts were right by creating papercut models at a smaller scale
Boxes, cards, tokens, rulebooks, stretch goals, and achievement booster packs have been finalized and the manufacturer will start working on the pre-production. As soon as we will receive the samples we will share them with you.
We also finished the layout of the Passport that the limited edition backers will receive. Inside the passport pages, we have added charts to track your highest scores in both multiplayer and solo mode. We also added the list of achievements for each game in the same section so you can keep track of them. We also left a blank bullet spread for you to create your own charts to track anything you’d like and add notes about your journey with each game.
Going back to analyze our schedule, we used the buffer time that we had for this stage, but it was one of the most crucial stages in this development process. We will keep you updated.

Post campaign update: white samples, stickers and more

Hello Travelers,
We hope this update finds you well during these difficult times. On our side, our team has been working from home since we started as a publisher, therefore our workflow hasn’t slowed down in any way.
We have been focusing over the past 2 weeks to in getting all the files ready for pre-production and we are at a very good stage, with all the boxes and components being ready and finalizing small touches to the rules based on your suggestions.
We are glad to announce that Thundergryph’s Bazaar, powered by Backerkit, is opening its doors very soon. You will receive an email invite from Backerkit to join our Bazaar as soon as we launch.
Here you can find all of the different things that you will be able to do inside the Bazaar:
Pay for the shipping cost of your pledge, if you haven’t already;
Access to a limited quantity of our past Deluxe editions, like Tang Garden, Iwari and Spirits of the Forest;
Access to a selection of released retail titles, like Hats and Rolling Ranch, including the different promos for each game;
Shape the future of add-ons and mini-expansions that will only be printed if we receive the minimum number of interest.
We really want you all to have the chance to buy whatever you would like. To prepare accordingly for this launch, we would really appreciate if you could answer two simple questions that will really help a lot with our unit allocation for each zone. Thank you very much in advance!
White Samples and other items
We recently received the white samples for both the game boxes and the traveler’s suitcase. We are thinking about closing the bottom side of the matchbox boxes and add a hole for you to push the tray out. This would give a solid structure to the matchboxes for the tray to stay firm.
Regarding the Traveler’s suitcase you see above, our manufacturer is still working on the retractable handle (the one in the picture is not the finalized one) and in the box layout. We will be able to show you a photo as soon as we have it.
Paolo Voto also finished working on both traveler’s tubes which will hold the playmats and all of the stickers unlocked during the campaign that you will be able to place inside your passport or on your traveler’s boxes. We would love to keep doing more, let us know what do you think about it!
We have more surprises along the way as we did with Iwari and you will be able to unlock additional goals for your games during our pre-production. We can’t really wait to reveal what we have been working on.

We are almost nostalgic already since we are entering the last 48 hours of our campaign. We really can’t thank you enough for all of the love and support you have shown to us and to this collection. We could have never done it without you!
Stretch goals recap
Given your help and enthusiasm, we have unlocked 23 goals, having only one goal left to be unlocked!
The ‘inside the box’ section has been updated to show you all of the unlocked goals. The last stretch goal of the campaign will unlock a foil finish to all the matchbox boxes! A touch that will add a special feeling to your collection.
